Stamford International University, named after Sir Stamford Raffles (1781-1826), has 2 campuses (Hua-Hin Campus and Rama 9 Campus) and one learning center (Asoke Learning Center) in Thailand. Partnered with global domain experts and specialists including Media Design School, Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School (BMIHMS) at Torrens University, EU Business School and Kendall College. Students can start from Thailand to study in USA, UK, Europe, and Australia. The university offers international study environment with 70% of faculty from native countries and over 4,000 students from more than 90 countries are currently studying.

Minimum Entry Requirements

Undergraduate

Myanmar Matriculation + 1 year of Bachelor’s Degree in Myanmar or elsewhere or Myanmar Matriculation + 1 year of an accredited Foundation program in Myanmar or elsewhere.

Equivalent Accepted qualifications include IGCSE/GCSE/GCE, IB Diploma/Certificate & GED

Postgraduate

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with a GPA of minimum 2.5/4.0 (or equivalent). English proficiency level of IELTS 6.0, TOEFL (IBT) 78, or passing the Stamford English placement test. Students that studied their Bachelor Degree in English are exempt.
